Chablis “Vau Renard” 2023 is a refined and expressive Chardonnay from one of the most respected domaines in Chablis. Grown on premium limestone-rich soils, it showcases the purity, tension, and mineral elegance that define the region’s finest wines.

In the glass, it displays a pale lemon colour with silver reflections. The nose is precise and elegant, revealing aromas of citrus, green apple, white peach, and delicate floral tones, layered with notes of wet stone, chalk, and a subtle hint of salinity.

On the palate, the wine is vibrant, focused, and beautifully balanced. Its bright acidity and pronounced minerality create a sense of energy and finesse, while flavours of lemon zest, pear, and stone fruits unfold with clarity.
