We do it with lemons that we personally pick from the trees, so I assure you that you will notice the authentic aroma of lemon, it also contains other fresh fruits, citrus fruits and more classic spices typical of gin, such as juniper, of course.
It is said that this gin is very dangerous because it disappears from the glass very quickly. You will be surprised.
To make a gin and tonic with mascori, we recommend using regular neutral tonic (without strange flavors). The ideal ratio is 5 cl of gin with 20 cl of tonic and a maximum of 3 ice cubes. Nothing else, better without lemon zest.
