To make a gin and tonic with Mercant, we recommend using regular neutral tonics, without strange flavors. The ratio we recommend is: 5 cl of gin, which is equivalent to a full shot glass, with 20 cl of cold tonic and a maximum of 3 ice cubes. You can also add orange peels.
